In order to apply for a course, there are a few steps that you have to follow:

1. Go to the BEST application system.
2. Enter your email address and your password. If you do not have an account, register here. Don’t forget to fill out the University you belong to. Otherwise your account can not be validated!
3. Enter the application to the BEST application system. You can apply for up to 3 courses per season.
4. Then contact us (BEST Graz) and ask us to validate your account.
5. Read the Never Alone Guide
6. Pay the deposit if you were accepted to one of the courses.
7. Arrange everything for your travel to the course.
8. Participate in the event (actively following the program prepared by the organisers).
9. Pay the fee if there is any.
10. Evaluate the course on BEST application system (after participating in it).

An application consists of

• An application form with general personal information of the participant.
• A motivation letter.
• A list of studies appropriate for the event.
• An essay demonstrating the applicant’s knowledge in the field of the course (if necessary).
